- dont take the risk it might die and if u want her to stay alive, dont let them
- NO! Nine is NOT safe for breeding, and especially bostons. They have many whelping complications as it is, and almost always need c-sections. A pregnancy at her age will likely kill her. Neuter your boy, and be very careful when she's in heat to not let ANY other male breed her. Low-cost and free clinics are available. Call your nearest shelter, as they usually know when and where they are.
- No, she is too old! It is not safe, it could kill her.
- No please don't let them breed. Bostons are know for having trouble whelping. It's because of the round head, puppies often get stuck resulting in c-sections. This would be way too rough on a older dog.
- No! That is a really bad idea and not smart for a dog that old. Spay and neuter all of your pets, they will have less chance of getting cancer. There are to many dogs being put to sleep everyday in shelters.
- i am sorry to be against all these lovely people above me who believe your dogs should not have puppies because there are too many dog shelters or because puppy mills flourish. i think if u own a dog or a pair as inn your case, its so much fun to watch pups grow and you can raise your own little family. Its almost like saying humans should not have children because earth is now so populated! Rubbish..enjoy your Pups!!
