How can I find out how to do a payroll in NY State?

We have opened a corporation and have 1 employee right now. So I would like to do payroll on my own. Does anyone have any information on where I could start? I am familiar with taxes and income tax filing in other countries so it isn't all Greek to me. However I was looking for some specific sites etc for the US and specifically NY state that could get me started. Thanks so much!
